Gabriella started her professional career at Klepierre Mo. Ltd. as operations specialist. She has been working in the retail field for 14 years and has held Center Manager positions in various shopping centers, including Alba and Corvin Plaza, Mammut Shopping Center and Arena Mall. Her management style is largely defined by efficient operational approach; she strives to coordinate the interests of tenants, customers and owners. Tenant and customer satisfaction has major importance for her, as well as the pleasant and convenient environment. During her professional carrier, she learned from the best experts how to handle challenges and meet the highest standards of customer expectations.

János has joined ICON with more than 25 years of operational experience. For nearly 14 years he was head of operations and security at a large Japanese company, where he mastered the Kaizen, 5S, Lean management approaches. Recently he has gained extensive experience in manufacturing, logistics, office, healthcare and commercial fields. People-centered approach and teamwork are essential for him. At work, he pays special attention to environmental protection and energy-efficient operation.

Prior to becoming CFO of MOM Park Shopping Center in 2020, Linda was responsible for the economic processes of condominiums and office buildings. From 2008 she exclusively works with shopping centers (including the Euro Center and several Family Centers) and retail parks (e.g. Gödöllő, Budapest, Késmárk str.). She was also involved in the successful introduction of numerous new integrated systems. For the last almost 20 years her main areas of expertise – in addition to the supervision and coordination of financial departments – have been financial planning, monthly reports, and tax settlements.

Krisztina holds a master’s degree in Management and Organization from the Corvinus University and a master’s degree in economics from the Universität Passau. For nearly 20 years, she has been involved in helping shopping centers (Premier Outlets Center, Arena Plaza, Allee) enter the market, managing their marketing and communication activities, and leasing. she has a thorough knowledge of the key actors of the domestic retail market and the customer target groups.

Ágnes has been working in the retail field for more than 15 years, and participated in the opening and operation of Arena Plaza and Allee Shopping Centers. She joined our company three years ago as the promotion manager of MOM Park. Her area is short-term rental, and within that, the sale of MOM Park surfaces and booth spaces. Thanks to her pleasant personality, she finds the right tone very easily with tenants and business partners. With her experience gained over the years, her administrative and organizational skills, she did a lot to promote the more efficient and effective work of the shopping center management teams.

Anna has been working in the marketing business for almost 20 years, gaining experience in the corporate and retail fields. She believes in the importance of integrated communication, with the different platforms (online, offline, print, outdoor, indoor, radio, etc.) in full synergy supporting the message. As Director of Marketing and Public Relations at MOM Park, she pays special attention to reaching a premium audience with unique and trend-setting marketing tools, where the focus is on increasing footfall and turnover with refined visuals.
