Gábor has a degree in mechanical engineering and economics, starting his professional career around the change of regime in 1989. He has been active in various industries over the past decades and has led organizations with both multinational and Hungarian backgrounds. His most significant projects were the deal negotiated for Budapest Freeport and ERDÉRT properties, as well the scale-up of Bosch’s production in Hungary. His present goal is to build a team at ICON that works in synergy and unity, while provides steady high-quality service to the clients.

Zsolt Kákosy, MRICS

Zsolt joined the ICON team with 20 years of experience. He studied finance and business evaluation at Corvinus University, completing his studies with MBA (finance) and MSc in Real Estate. He gained significant experience in executive positions and building professional teams, as well he worked in various fields of the real estate business including development, equity, banking or consulting. Throughout his career he has been responsible for offices, shopping malls, industrial and logistic parks. For 7 years, he was a board member of the RICS Hungary and earned Klauzál Award. As a certified Building Engineer, Róbert has been engaged in facility management and maintenance of properties since 2001. From 2005 he has been heading operational areas, while he has been leading the design and implementation of several projects as a Technical Director.
In addition to the operation and management of portfolios over 200,000 sqm including Class A and B office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, logistics parks, condominiums, he is also responsible for the people management of FM professionals.

Gergely Varga

Gergely graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs with a degree in finance. He has been working in the financial field for almost 20 years, and has been the CFO of ICON Real Estate Management Ltd. since December 2020. He has extensive experience in managing shopping malls and office buildings, taking over projects, implementing financial and accounting systems, conducting automation projects, managing receivables, business accounts, budgets, cash flow statements and monthly reports.

Miklós Bognár

From 2012 to the end of 2020, Miklós dealt with the technical operation of the properties managed by CD Hungary Zrt. In 2014, he completed the Condominium Manager and Real Estate Manager training. From January 1 2021, he has been working for ICON Real Estate Management Kft. He has experience in the technical operation of Class A and B office buildings, preparing tender materials for facility management activities, and training new colleagues.

György Érdi

György Érdi started his career at Paks Nuclear Power Plant as a Nuclear Turbine Technician. All in all, he spent a 18 years in the operation of the power plant, working as an Operation Manager in the last 6 years.
In 2008, he started working at Sinergy Ltd. He was in charge of Füred Gas Engine Power Plant and MOM Park Energy Centre. Between 2018-2020, he was a Maintenance Manager at Auchan Hypermarket in Törökbálint. He was responsible for the technical operation of the complete store, parking lots and gas station. In addition to his full-time job, from 2003, he worked as a Building Interior Architect, organizing and managing the work of 2-15 people teams. Over the years, he has took part in several trainings and acquired additional professions, such as Mechanical Technician, Advanced Technical Expert or Tribologist.
He joined Icon R.E.M. Ltd. as a Facilities Manager.

Róbert Miklós

Róbert Miklós is a certified Civil Engineer who worked as a Project Manager at Deutsche Bahn ProjektBau GmbH during his studies. He started his carrier a Civil Engineer at the MÁV Design Institute and at Kingspan Ltd., before switching to the real estate market.
Róbert is an experienced Facility and Property Manager, who worked in these roles throughout his professional carrier at Stop Shop Shopping Centres, at Office Campus Office Building, Green Corner Office Building, as well as at First Site and Uniqa Plaza Office Buildings, at Hotusa Eurostars Hotel, as well he participated in the facility management of Köki Terminal Shopping Centre.
Currently, he is the Facility Manager of the Budapart City Office Building.

Zsolt Orosz

Zsolt graduated from Szent István University in 2001 with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2009 he started his facility maintenance and property operation work at CD Hungary Zrt, where he dealt with property inspection and energy procurement. In 2011 he was entrusted with the operation of a shopping center in Buda. Here, besides performing daily operational tasks, he took part in investments, preliminary planning, organizing projects and constructions. Currently, his core duty is managing logistics sites.

József Lovas

József has been working as a facility manager since 2010. He used to manage smaller residential and office buildings, now he is responsible for Class A office buildings.
He is also involved in tender preparations, operational software development, the conclusion of maintenance contracts, administration of pollution hotspots and supporting countless real estate management tasks.
