With a financially stable ownership structure behind, ICON Real Estate Management Ltd. was established to provide a full range of property management services for its clients’ premium office buildings and shopping malls, actively contributing this way to increase the value of these assets.

With the acquisition of the facility management business branch of CD Hungary Ltd. in 01-01-2021, ICON turned into an integrated (facility and property management) full service provider of the real estate management market. Our team of experts grew by more than 30 excellent technicians.

Building on their experience and competence, we currently manage 26,000 sqm of property. Our goal is to provide high-quality real estate management services to investors present in Hungary. We are well aware that all clients require tailored approach to service in a cooperation.
