Zsolt has been a property manager since 2007 and has been responsible for several iconic buildings. His real estate portfolio covers the full spectrum of property management, from shopping malls and office buildings to industrial real estate. His responsibilities included not only technical operations but also sales, trade and marketing. The properties he managed were significant parts of their environment, both architecturally and in terms of their role in the urban environment.

Gábor joined ICON as a Property Manager in 2022, but he has been working in the real estate industry for almost 20 years. At the beginning of his career, he worked for several years in technical operations of bank environment, where, in addition to the classic facility management tasks, his main priority was to ensure business critical, 24/7 availability and operation of the key IT server rooms of the company in Hungary. Following this period, he deepened his knowledge as a Technical Operator by experience gained at a multinational company. In the last nearly ten years, as an employee of well-known international real estate market players, he has gained several years of experience in the field of project management and property management, both in industrial and commercial real estates. He was responsible for the complete property management of several well-known commercial buildings in Budapest. Relying on his technical interest and education, as well as relevant, comprehensive property management and operational experience, as part of ICON Real Estate Management team, he provides high-quality service to customers and tenants.

Vivien has been active in the Hungarian commercial real estate market for more than 20 years. She started her career at TriGránit Development Cooperation, where among others she worked on the opening and market launch of Westend City Center. Over the years, she participated in various significant commercial developments in the domestic market. Later, for several years, she worked on the market introduction of well-known international commercial brands representing them as tenants, thus she gained a deep insights into both the landlord’s and tenant’s operations. Before joining ICON, she held the position of Center Manager of Hegyvidék Shopping Mall. She currently works as a Property Manager in the Corvin district’s office buildings of category A. Vivien has a creative mindset, she constantly looks for opportunities to innovate, and therefore she is currently engaged in building a new division within ICON, focusing on environmental consciousness and cost efficiency. She speaks several languages fluently, so she is able to build good relationships with international clients.

Richárd has been working with real estate since 2009. He started his career as a asset manager at TESCO managing the day-to-day operation of the shops on the premises. From 2013 he held the same position at OTP Real Estate Fund exceeding his responsibilities to managing properties of office buildings and logistics parks.
He joined ICON Real Estate Management Ltd. as a property manager in September 2020.

Erika started her career in 2000 at an international real estate agency, afterwards she provided professional support for the management of office buildings and shopping centers at one of the leading asset management companies. She was primarily responsible for coordination of lettings, rental property development, contractors, and preparation of financial and commercial audits, valuations. Erika has also gained experience in assisting real estate transactions. Since 2018, she has engaged as a Property Manager. She has extensive experience in the property management of premium office buildings, as well in center management of shopping malls. She is currently the Property Manager of Roosevelt Office Building of A+ rating.

Katalin joined ICON’s team with almost 7 years of professional experience in the field of technical and property management.
In recent years, she has deepened her knowledge in facility management of industrial, logistics and office properties, that she can build on in case the market requires it in the future. She has participated in several fit-out projects as a coordinator, representing the owner. She has taken part in numerous energy tenders developing the deliverables and managing the process, due to which she has gained comprehensive knowledge of the trends in the energy market.
