Budapest, June 19, 2025 <\/em><\/a><\/em>– In the heart of District IX, on a previously unused plot
behind Lurdy H\u00e1z, one of Budapest’s newest real estate developments is taking
shape. The M76 is not just a new building but a forward-looking urban
development that places sustainability, tenant experience, and community values at its core. Its main strength lies in being a modern, mixed-use building
complex that integrates apartments, offices, and a hotel into a single
