Budapest, May 16, 2025 <\/em><\/a><\/em>– ICON Real Estate Management has acquired the facility management division of Alba FM Solution Kft. (formerly VINCI Facilities Hungary Kft.). With this transaction, 171,000 square meters of office and outlet center space have come under ICON’s management, expanding its portfolio with new constructions, clients, and competencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

As part of the recently completed transaction, ICON has taken over all existing assignments of the Alba FM division, along with the full workforce supporting these operations. This acquisition includes the management of Premier Outlet Budapest, the Nordic Light Office A and B office buildings, and a logistics park in Buda\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this acquisition, ICON now counts several international, multinational companies among its clients, including ROS Ungarn Management Kft., as well as a French logistics service provider based in Buda\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n
